Home / FAQ FAQ If I order via the website do I get the same advantages as if I ordered in the classical way? Absolutely. By logging in, you will benefit from the same advantages, and you will have access to special offers and discounts applicable only to online orders. We therefore encourage you to create an account, follows us on social media and subscribe to our newsletter to stay up to date with our latest offers. When will my order be delivered? If the items are in stock, we will send your order within maximum 8 working days. If the items are not in stock, we will let you know the probable deadline. We will keep you informed of the status of your order and the date it is shipped. Can I have my order delivered to another address? The delivery address is the one you add to your account when registering on our website. You can change the address by logging into your account and going to “My Account” –> “Address Book”. There you can add a new address, then click the “Save” button. When placing an order, you will be asked to choose the preferred delivery address from the ones linked with your account. Do I have to pay any shipping cost? If so, how much? The amount of the shipping cost appears in the Shopping cart, after adding a product. For orders amounting to less than 25 euros, we charge 5 euros shipping cost for Benelux. If your order comes to more than 25 euros, we deliver free of charge to one single address in the Benelux. For orders outside of Benelux we charge 10 euros regardless of the order's value. Can I pay cash? Yes, you can collect your items from our warehouse in Aalst and pay cash. You are advised to contact us by phone first, so that we confirm the availability of the products and make an appointment. We will ensure that your order is ready and waiting for you. How can I pay? The payment methods are displayed on our main page. You can choose to pay by credit card, bank transfer or iDeal. Payments are processed by Ogone, so if you choose the credit card or iDeal methods, you will be redirected to their webpage for completing the payment. Are there any costs if I want to send back my order? You have the right to return the products bought online within 14 days, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, and we will refund the original price, as well as the initial cost of delivery. The product must be in new, unused condition. We may make a reduction from the reimbursement for loss of value if the returned product is damaged. Please read our Return policy for additional details. Can I have an item repaired? Send the item back to us (shipping costs for the purchaser). After the repair has been carried out, we will return the item to you without shipping costs. Unless the product is within the warrantee period and repair can be done without incurring costs, we will charge the cost of the repairs. Can I change or cancel an order? If for any reason you would like to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at email@example.com and we will make every effort to fulfill your request. You will receive an answer from us within 1-2 working days. However, keep in mind that if the order had already been fulfilled, we will follow the Returns guidelines. Do you have an offline shop? We cannot say for sure when a product will be back on stock, so the best you can do is to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will let you know when the product is back in our store. Is there a minimum order amount? We don’t have restrictions or minimum order quantities. You can order 1 product, or place a bulk order. For bulk wholesales we may offer discounts, so please don’t hesitate to contact us if you would like to purchase more products. Can I place bulk orders? Do you offer discounts in this case? For bulk orders please contact us at email@example.com and ask for a personal discount. How can I check the status of my order? To check the status of your order, login to your account and go to “My orders”. How long does it take to process an order? Online orders are processed within 1-2 working days. Is ordering on the internet secure? Yes. Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption is used for every transaction in order to ensure that your order is secure.
